I retained the services of this so called firm to resolve a tax issue created by a divorce. From the beginning they dragged their feet, taking 2 months just to assign a representative to my case, then she constantly asked for the same documents, over and over again (a delay tactic I found out). They asked that I falsify information that was going to the IRS (which is against the law), and then after 6 months of me spending about a $1000 in cell phone charges trying to get a hold of them, they send me a settlement agreement, full of errors (that I had to redo myself).
I'm filing complaints against them with every agency I know, 'State Licensening", "BBB", "Consumer Affairs", as well as filing a civil suit against them.
I finally fired them, and negotiated directly with IRS and the State FTB, and got it solved quicker, and for less money.
If this letter stops just one person from being scammed by them, I'll sleep better knowing that!
